What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us through our enquiry form or pop-up. That can include:

• Your name and (optionally) business name
• Your email address and phone number
• Your address, if you provide it
• The details of your enquiry — the service you’re interested in, your rough budget and timeframe, and your message

We don’t collect anything else, and we don’t track you around the web.

Why we collect it

Purely so we can reply to your enquiry and discuss working together. That’s our lawful basis: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

How it’s stored

Your enquiry is stored securely in our database (hosted by Supabase, on servers in the EU). Access is restricted to us. We never sell your information, and we don’t share it with third parties except the trusted services we use to run the site.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries only as long as needed to help you, and remove them when they’re no longer relevant. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. Just email hello@hanbrookstudio.co.uk and we’ll sort it.

Cookies

This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. We store one small note in your browser during your visit so the enquiry pop-up doesn’t keep reappearing. That never leaves your device.
